A friend had a day llama trekking given as a birthday present, I agreed to accompany her. We had a walk in the morning, coffee and scone, then llamas were loaded into a horse box and we walked along a path to a church where we had the option of soft drinks or wine in the field beside the church. The weather was glorious and the llamas were calm, friendly and so easy to lead along the trek path.
Graham who leads the trek with his daughter Caroline was such good company, telling us about the local history and countryside. He told us all about the llama as a species and obviously enjoyed the role of hosting the treks.
