Overview
Our purchase policy for activities and gift vouchers is based on a non refundable payment but we offer the opportunity to change the date of the activity in exceptional circumstances providing 7 days notice is given. Cancellations can only be agreed and accepted after contacting us and must be re booked within 4 weeks
Gift Vouchers
Your voucher will have been sent to you with a description of what activity has been booked and a voucher number with expiry date of 12 months from purchase. Im afraid it is not possible to extend the date on the voucher so your voucher must be used within the time stated otherwise it will be cancelled. Unfortunately we cannot refund vouchers once purchased but you are able to transfer them to another name with our prior agreement. a
