We are now able to offer basic pet care courses covering a range of animals and reptiles.

LLAMA HANDLING

Our one day courses on basic llama care, handling, trekking and all aspects of llama husbandry can now be booked. We offer participants a comprehensive day covering all aspects of llama owning and training and an opportunity to take our friendly llamas for a walk to experience the magic of walking with llamas.

Included in the day is a scrumptious home made lunch in our very own Llama Karma Kafe.

ANIMAL MAGIC…..PET CARE

We are keen to help children learn to understand the needs and care of their own domestic pets so we have devised a six week course on animal care covering a range of pets including rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs, cats, parrots, mice and ferrets.

This course is suitable for children of 8 years upwards and a certificate of achievement will be awarded at the end of the course. Meet our cheeky marmoset monkeys and find out why they like baby food! This course lasts for an hour and a half and includes refreshments at the end.

SSSSLYTHERIN PETS……….UNDERSTANDING REPTILES

This 6 week course offers novice or would be reptile keepers the opportunity to gain a basic experience on the needs and habitats of a range of reptiles including iguanas, snakes, bearded dragons, skinks, geckos, unusual frogs, monitor lizards and other aquatic creatures.
